Newmarket 09-07-2026
Point of Law ran a credible fourth at Ascot last month and runs for HM King Charles. Looks worthy to win this going away.

The Boys in Blue have had a very poor year up to now.
I see/read/hear that one of the main reasons given is a disappointing crop of Classic 3 y olds and C Appleby douesn't pursue with horses whohave no realistic chance.
As he has 250 approx IN TRAINING this cannot be sole reason.
All the babies are coming out now and their are signs of the stable picking up along with the Gosden horses assisting..
Newmarket R 5 ACTING LADY can win today.

Good Racing yesterday at Newmarket.
Should be same today
R5 ABRAHAM LINCOLN looks the business ,Al Hudaiba the danger.
R 8 CAPE FEAR should run well in this.
Unusually, Gosden Stable ,which has been really firing has only one runner today.
R 7 EXPOSURE with good jockey booking.
