THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. 
b) POMPEII SHIELD (D Schwarz) hung out from the 300m. 
c) Jockey G Lerena appeared before the Board and was questioned regarding his ride on 
GIMMETHESPOTLIGHT. The Stipendiary Board have adjourned to review this ride. 
 Trainer D N Stenger was requested to report back to the Stipendiary Board on the condition of 
GIMMETHESPOTLIGHT on return to stables. 
d) Jockey M van Rensburg reported that SCENTED PATH made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. 
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.

The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 
f) STATUS (C Habib), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
