Jockey A Fortune was charged with a contravention of Rule 72.1.26 in that he behaved and conducted himself in a manner which may bring racing into disrepute by using foul language during the post-race interview. Jockey A Fortune signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R20000.00 of which R15000.00 is suspended for a period of one year. In considering an appropriate penalty, the Stewards took into consideration the status of the race and the emotions of the occasion.

Remember the last time he did it all the ante NHRA folk in racing wanted him banned, including many trainers he's now riding for... Shows you the difference now after the NHRA takeover

So no fine for the ride on Happy Verse.... maybe that is considered riding a horse out fully? Pulling the whip at the 50m when you realize you have butchered the ride completely.
