I got an account with them and i done huge turnovers the last 4 months.

I take a multiple 10 mins ago but punch in the wrong number in one leg .

i immedietly call and speak to Barry to cancel the bet . Flat out answer NO "can only cancel tote bets".

C'mon , both Lm bookmakers and Betxchange have canceled error bets for me in the past . Surely they (interbet ) could have done it .We all make mistakes and it's not like i phoned after a price change . I phoned in 2 mins after i saw the ticket pop up . R200 buck's gone .

FFs even Shezi canelled a bet for me in the past !

Barry is a top class guy. Send him an email. I am certain he will refund you the R200. I am sure he must have been very busy at the time and probably was a bit flustered.

Harris got a call from Barry himself right now and he said they will remove the mistake leg of my multiple and let the rest stand . He also explained that they are the go between the bookies and punters and the books don't wan't to cancel bets . Hence his initial response .

It might depend on the terms that exist with the participating bookmakers.......Interbet are merely facilitators.
He might not be permitted to cancel once it has been allocated to a book?
