Change of surface so bookies refund all bets taken before the change of surface.
Race 7 Overture backed from 6-1 into 14-10 thinking it was the grass......so when they changed to poly how come the bookies didn't automatically put Overture back to it's opening price of 6-1 as all money was refunded therefore really no money came for it?
