you cant blame the trainer..the race is advertised in the program and it is not his fault their are not enough acceptors..if a race is in the program even if their are 2 acceptances it should go ahead as why should the horses planned career suffer a setback and why should the owner and trainer have to suffer...races for horses dont come along every week
