In USA racing you have to be patient before you wager a bet. About 40 minutes before a race especially in bigger venues you get a better idea what horse is over priced up. Yesterday Genghis was 7/1 and ended up 2/1 before the off. Also there was a flood of support for Cajun Brother who also won though Hero Up was disappointing the race before. You can get it right more often than not.
